Whitney's Walk for Life 2020 VIRTUAL

Nathan's Crew

We walk in the memory of our wonderful son, nephew, cousin and friend Nathan A. “Nate” Turner, age 19, passed away unexpectedly leaving his darkness behind and finding the light of his Savior, Tuesday, April 9, 2019. A friendship with Nate was one for life, no matter the time or distance. Although the light shone bright through Nate's eyes, and he brought happiness with him wherever he went, there was part of his heart that the light couldn’t reach. Even his closest friends and family couldn’t see through the loving façade he gave. The darkness grew over time until Nate could feel nothing else. In a moment, he said goodbye to any tomorrows, and left behind a legacy of love for his family and friends. Nate will be remembered not for his darkest moment, but for his brightest days and the sunshine he shared with all he knew.  (Credit to Ben Conley, Conley Furneral Home, Elburn, IL for these words.)

We walk in his memory and to help others that may find themselves in a smilary place.
